You do. Rights transfer to you on delivery, in writing, as part of the engagement agreement. That is the core of how we work. You should not have to wonder what you actually own at the end of a production.

This is the honest complication in our industry, and it is exactly why we put the rights question front and centre rather than burying it. Copyright treatment of purely machine-generated output is unsettled and varies by jurisdiction, while human authorship in the writing, direction, selection, editing and arrangement of a work is what protection generally attaches to. Our productions are human-directed throughout, and we document that. We are a studio, not your lawyers. Take our paperwork to your counsel before you build a business on it.

Long-form features, short films, episodic series, branded content and commercials. If it moves and has a story, it is in scope.

It depends entirely on runtime, complexity and how much original design the work needs. We give you a fixed budget after the brief, before production starts. No open-ended hourly billing.

A short piece can move in weeks. A feature is a matter of months. We give you a real schedule at the scoping stage rather than an optimistic one.
